MEET OUR DOG TRAINERS

Paula Smith founded Dog Blessed in 2014 after volunteering in area shelters and rescues.  Her belief was that if dogs received training they could stay in their homes.  She now believes it is more complicated, and the entire dog must be looked at because there are often bigger issues at play that keep the dog from being able to learn and settle. She works with clients to focus on what can be done beyond training to improve the family situation and keep the dog in the home living its best life.

Jodi Jarvis-Therrian is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA), Certified Trick Dog Instructor (CTDI), Certified First Aid and CPCR Instructor,  AKC Star Puppy and CGC Evaluator, C-Wags Advocate and Rally/Games Judge She is passionate about sharing education with our youth and being the voice for the animals.  She specializes in canine rally & tricks, energy work, natural remedies, and looking at the dog as a whole to help the owner and dog live their best life together.
